ZOWIE products are full-section packaging, and all glass packaging is done on the P/N Junction of the diode chip, so Tj can reach 175°C. It is the same level of product as Vishay's GPR. ZOWIE's current products are better than Vishay GPR because ZOWIE's products can be made in thin SMD packages.
